Coach USA, one of the nation’s largest transportation companies has teamed up with America’s Job Exchange (AJE) to recruit from multiple candidate pools for positions at Coach USA. AJE provides a simple yet effective solution that connects equality-focused employers with the talent needed to build successful teams. AJE helps Coach USA fulfill the job distribution, reporting and outreach good faith efforts required by the OFCCP. Additionally, they assist us with reaching out to diverse talent pools and help us build connections with diverse job seekers by posting our available positions to diversity and niche sites.

AJE outreach Management tool connects us with community-based organizations (CBOs) that provide assistance to underrepresented job seekers including veterans, individuals with disabilities, older workers and minority populations. AJE has access to over 7,500 CBOs including One-Stop Career Centers, non-profits and advocacy groups. Our goal is to increase job applicants, gain greater visibility of our employer brand, build a diversity candidate pipeline and drive more traffic to our career site.
