Commute With Coach USA's 400 Line
Coach USA is pleased to offer New Brunswick and East Brunswick commuters the opportunity to purchase 10 and 20 trip commuter ticket books through our website. Hillsborough commuters can buy one way and 10 trip commuter ticket books at this time.
How It Works
- Simply select the ticket agent location from the table below that is most convenient for you.
- Select the type of ticket book you would like to buy and the date you plan to pick up your ticket book. Your pickup date must be two or more days in the future.
- We'll prepare your commuter tickets and have them waiting for you at the ticket office you selected. At the Neilson Tower location we have a special priority ticket window for the convenience of our internet customers.
- If you can't pick up the tickets on the date you selected they will still be held for you until the following day, but please note that the expiration date of the tickets will be calculated from the pickup date you indicated when placing your order.
NOTE: If you want to apply TransitCheks towards your order you can do so by using the "Add/Edit" TransitChek option. Simply enter the amount of your transaction you wish to pay by TransitChek (in multiples of $5). When you pick up your preprinted tickets our agent will ask for you to pay the balance in TransitChek that you specified.

*Since redeeming TransitCheks can be time consuming Neilson Tower customers who are paying for part of their order with TransitCheks are requested to not use the priority ticket window when picking up their tickets.
**Customers purchasing tickets or passes online for Hillsborough will receive a barcoded ticket or pass that can be printed or displayed on a mobile device to our drivers.
The Fare Policy and Ticket Refunds
All Commutation tickets and books and unused commutation tickets will be forfeited if not used in compliance with these rules.
Our intention is to provide the deepest discounts to those who use the service most frequently, particularly those who ride in both directions. This policy has been used for several years and has proven to be successful for both riders and our company. If for some legitimate reason a regular rider cannot use the 20 tickets in 40 days or 10 tickets in 20 days, simply request a refund by completing our Ticket Refund Form. It is wise to make a copy of the tickets for your protection. Be sure to include your name, address and phone number with the tickets. We will issue and mail to you a credit voucher for the value of the tickets you turned in, that you can apply toward your next Suburban Transit ticket purchase at a terminal or on our website.
A 10% handling charge will be assessed for any customer who requests a cash refund for returned tickets.
