Coach USA, one of the largest transportation companies in North America was awarded a contract with Wisconsin’s Washington County Transit Service to operate commuter express bus service effective January 1.
Under the contract, Coach USA has developed a digital ticketing solution and will operate and maintain eight buses on routes between Washington County and metro Milwaukee including downtown Milwaukee.

As part of the solution, Coach USA has delivered a customized digital ticketing solution and a mobile passenger app called Ride WCCE. The app will serve as the primary digital touchpoint for Washington County passengers and will deliver journey planning through schedules, electronic ticketing and account management capabilities.
