Airport Shuttle Bus Stops
If your drop off bus stop is the Chicago O’Hare Airport, when you board the bus, let the driver know which terminal you are going to.
- Your shuttle bus stop will be at either Terminal 1, 2, 3 or 5. We will drop passengers off on the upper level for easier access to your flight.
- For passengers catching a train into the city or connecting to other ground transportation, the shuttle bus stop we recommend is terminal 2. Go inside and follow the signs.
For passengers departing from Chicago O’Hare Airport, take the ATS airport train to the MMF multi modal facility. Once at the MMF, regional buses will load from the street level from stalls 5, 6, and 7.
Downtown Chicago, Amtrak Station/Union Station
Our shuttle bus stop is located on the east curb of Canal Street, in the block between Jackson and Adams. If you are using a GPS to find the location, the closest address to use is 225 S. Canal Street.
****We are currently using a temporary stop location at W. Jackson Blvd, after S Clinton St (opposite Union Station). See image below****
Please arrive at your shuttle bus stop about 15-25 minutes before your scheduled departure time. Due to traffic and detours, buses may arrive at your bus stop a few minutes before or after the stated time. Once you’re on board, you can sit back, relax, and let our professional drivers get you to where you need to go.
