Coach USA provides full-time employees with a broad array of benefits to support physical, emotional and financial well-being. Employees are able to select the specific benefits that fit their personal needs and circumstances. New employees become eligible to participate in the benefits as of the first of the month coincident with or following date of hire. Part-timers are also eligible to select certain voluntary benefits to compliment any existing coverage or provide a level of protection

Coach USA gives its employees an allotment of days that consist of vacation, PTO and Holidays, depending on position and years of service. Time off is also available to vote, for jury duty, bereavement, and for qualified leave under the Family and Medical Leave Act
